Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Items marked as final sale
- Perishable goods
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us via our Contact page with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us via our Contact page.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
